This is a complete farce. The non-Russian members of the Arctic 30 aren’t
able to return home to their loved ones because of bureaucratic games.
While the Russian members of the Arctic 30 have gone home, the Federal
Migration Service won’t process exit visas for the non-Russians until the
Investigative Committee tells them to. Yesterday they wrote to Danish activist,
Anne-Mie Jenson saying they don’t consider it their responsibility. It’s
expected the others will receive similar letters shortly.
Either this is a mistake or a deliberate snub of the international tribunal
that ordered the immediate release of the Arctic Sunrise and her crew. So for
the sake of some paperwork, they’re stuck in St Petersburg for now.

Oulahsen tweeted earlier that she wasn’t surprised by the news:
I know you’ve been brilliant at signing petitions and sharing things already,
but for Faiza and the others I’m going to ask you once more: please forward this
email to anyone you know who can give
their support. This is a critical moment and we can’t let the Arctic 30
down.
