Hey Manfred, Thank you so much for holding the government to account on their 'green Brexit' promise. You and over 120,000 others demanded that they created a green watchdog with teeth - and it seems like politicians are taking notice. Yesterday, MPs voted to force the government's hand for environmental protection after Brexit. It's a good first step - and a victory for people power, but the legislation is still not as strong as it should be. It's not the watchdog we wanted, or the watchdog the U.K. needs post Brexit, but it shows that the government is feeling the pressure. This doesn't end here - we'll keep working hard to make sure environmental standards are maintained, or enhanced - and we'll need your continued support throughout.
